Who is this mentorship program for?This program is designed for travel agents at any stage—whether you're just starting out or looking to scale your business with more strategy and automation.

What’s the difference between the Single Success Session and the Level-Up Mentorship?The Single Success Session is a one-time, up to 120-minute strategy call where we focus on your biggest challenges and provide actionable solutions. The Level-Up Mentorship is a 3-month program that includes ongoing coaching, accountability, and support to help you reach long-term success.

How do I know which option is best for me?If you have some experience and need quick guidance on specific issues, the Single Success Session is a great fit for you. If you have very little experience and want ongoing support, accountability, and deeper strategy assistance, the Level-Up Mentorship is the better option.

What kind of support do I get between calls?Level-Up Mentorship members will have direct access to ongoing support via email or a private community to ask questions and get guidance between calls.

Do you provide scripts, templates, or additional resources?Yes! Depending on the session, I may provide templates, scripts, or tools to help streamline your travel business operations. Level-Up members receive exclusive resources tailored to their progress.

What platform will we use for the calls?All calls will be conducted via Zoom. A meeting link will be provided in your confirmation email. Download Zoom or install the app here.

What happens after I sign up?Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps. For Single Success Sessions, this includes your booking link. For Next-Level Mentorship, you’ll receive an intake form and instructions for scheduling your intro call. Contact us if you did not receive your confirmation email or intake form.

What do I need to prepare for my session?You’ll receive a pre-call form before each session to help tailor the discussion to your needs. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your call so your personalized plan can be prepared before session.

How do I book a session?For the Single Success Session, you can schedule your session immediately upon payment. For the Level-Up Mentorship, you’ll first complete an intake form and schedule a 20-minute introductory call to go over the program before we begin.

Can I reschedule my session?Yes. However, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Missed or last-minute cancellations will need to be rebooked for the next available slot.

How often will we meet for the Level-Up Mentorship?We’ll meet biweekly for in-depth coaching and strategy sessions, plus you’ll have direct support between calls to ensure you’re staying on track.

What’s the cost of the program?Single Success Session: $125 per session Next-Level Mentorship: $225 per month or $600 for 3 months (Save $75 when you pay in full)

Is there a refund policy?Due to the nature of coaching and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once booked.

Can I cancel the Level-Up Mentorship?Yes. You must provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

What if I fall behind during the Level-Up Mentorship?This program is designed to meet you where you are, but you must take action to see results. If you're struggling to keep up, communicate with me so we can adjust the strategy to fit your pace.

What happens if I don’t submit my pre-call form on time?If the pre-call form isn’t submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, the call may be rescheduled or canceled at my discretion. This ensures that our time together is as productive as possible.

Will this program guarantee my success as a travel agent?While I provide expert guidance, strategies, and tools, your success depends on your effort, consistency, and willingness to implement what you learn.

What if I have tech issues during the session?If you experience technical difficulties, try to reconnect as soon as possible. If the issue persists, contact me immediately, and we will determine the best way to proceed.

Will I have access to recordings of our sessions?For the Level-Up Mentorship, session recordings may be available upon request. However, recordings are not provided for Single Success Sessions.
